SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of the payment and we send you an e-mail regarding your parcel once it is sent.
  • We offer two different shipping methods. Normal Shipping and Express Shipping.In the checkout screen you need to choose one of the shipping methods and the charge will be added automatically.
  • Whatever you choose normal or express shipping,all our orders,parcels are discreet,anonymous to keep your privacy.

Normal Shipping

  • Cost : $50
  • Delivery Time : 4-7 days
  • Tracking code provided (Code from the courier company to help you track or locate your parcel at any time before it arrives to you)

Express Shipping

  • Cost : $80
  • Delivery Time : 2 days
  • Tracking code provided (Code from the courier company to help you track or locate your parcel at any time before it arrives to you)

 

 

RE-SHIPPING

  • This is not a perfect world, small portion of the packs might get lost, seized in the customs or not get delivered by any reason. When we ship your goods we take all the necessary measures to make sure you receive your parcel, and in case of any problem with the delivery we ship the order free of charge again ONLY in the case you send us proofs from the courier company in charge of your parcel that you did not receive your parcel.
  • For reshipping a fresh address might be required.
  • It is highly recommended especially if you are planning to place a big order to insure your pack.

 

RETURN

In case you receive your order,it doesn’t fit you,you do not like the quality,the packing,you can return us the item with the original package and we will send you a new product ONLY if the previous product has not been used more than 1 time and if it comes with all the original package and documents attached to it.

 

TRACKING

  • Once we have shipped a pack, a tracking number and a tracking link of the courier company is sent to customer’s email.
  • If you don’t receive any e-mail regarding the shipping please contact us.
